Custom patches?
Custom patches are the perfect way to get lots of mileage out of your existing branding. You’ll invest in a minimum of 50 patches (per design) with us, and then let us know how many patches you’d like to use on what type of item.
Want to put 12 patches on caps, 12 on beanies, 12 on windbreakers, and save the rest for next year? You got it, boss. We’ll do the math for ya and keep whatever patches leftover for the next time you’re keen to get a new batch of duds.
FAQs about custom patches
what is the minimum for custom patches?
You can be on your way to patch paradise with beginning batch of 50 pieces. You don’t have to use all those patches in one go, though! We can split those patches for you among multiple orders. You just have to get them sewn on in batches of 12.
what if my design can’t scale down small enough?
No problem! We’ll either work with you to create a simplified version of your design for scaling purposes, or we’ll pick a patch style that’s suited to showing finer detail.
can you sew my patches on things besides hats?
Absolutely! We’re always game for something new. You can sew patches on outerwear, bags, accessories and more - we’ll request a sample to be sure the item will result in smooth sewing, and once that’s confirmed we’ll be able to get you some rad branded items with your patches.
how do i decide which patch style to pick?
The patch options available for you to choose from will ultimately depend on the artwork you would like to get on the patch. Some patches are better suited for simple designs, while others were made for showing off fine detail. We’ll be able to walk you through the options so that you feel 1000% confident in the patch you pick!
what if i don’t use all my patches?
You don’t have to use all 50(+) patches you order at once - some folks prefer patches over embroidery because they can get new patched gear in increments of 12 at a time. We store our clients’ patches at no charge and keep them safe over time while you use up your supply.
how large of patches can you make?
We can make any size patch you want! Mostly. Keep in mind that the max size patch that can be sewn on a cap is typically 2.5-3” tall.
