Don’t Lose Hope is a professional, commercially operated screen printing and garment decoration production facility founded by Rodney in 2007. Since then, DLH has grown from servicing Salem and the greater Pacific Northwest to serving clients across the nation with love.

With a focus on building a positive team culture, investing in guidance from industry experts, and a duty to provide each team member what they need to excel, we are pretty freakin’ proud of the workplace we’ve created.

Our goal is for DLH to be the best workplace any of our team members have been a part of. Also, the most silly.
