TURNAROUND TIME
Our turnaround time begins once your garments have been delivered to DLH Screen Print HQ - keep this in mind for rush orders or orders during heavy shipping volumes (holidays) or inclement weather.

CANCELLED ORDERS
Changed your mind? No problem—orders can be canceled up until payment is made. After that, the deal’s sealed, and no refunds will be issued.


ORDER CHANGES

Got tweaks?

  • Additions requested within 24 hours of payment will be billed at the same price as the original order.

  • Additions made after 24 hours will reset your turnaround time in order to produce the entire project run at once.

  • We are unable to accommodate removal of items from an order after payment.

PROJECT PAUSE

Sometimes, life throws curveballs, and you need to hit pause. Here’s how it works:

  • You can pause scheduled production for your project once, for free, for up to 7 days—we’ve got you covered.

  • After 7 days, depending on your order size, a storage fee may kick in.

  • We are unable to keep projects on pause for longer than 2 months.

  • If you’re unable to move forward with your project after 2 months of storage, DLH reserves the right to cancel production on your order and a termination fee will be billed.

This policy helps us manage our production schedule efficiently while maintaining fairness to all clients. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out!


GARMENT VARIANCES & MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

We’d love to guarantee every thread, stitch, and shade, but we can’t control what the manufacturer sends us. Here’s what we’ll do if something’s not right:

  • Option 1: Order replacements and re-decorate (if time allows).

  • Option 2: Swap it for something similar we have in stock.

  • Option 3: Can’t do either? We’ll give you a credit toward your next order.

    MISPRINTS
    At DLH Screen Print, we aim for perfection, but let’s be real—life happens. We allow for up to 5% misprints per design (hey, nobody’s perfect). If a hiccup does occur, here’s how we’ve got your back:

  • Plan A: We’ll try to order a replacement and re-decorate if there’s enough time.

  • Plan B: Swap it out for something similar we’ve got on hand.

  • Plan C: Can’t do either? No worries—we’ll hook you up with a credit toward your next order.

Pro tip: If you need an exact quantity (like, not a single shirt less), we highly recommend adding a few extras to your order. Better safe than sorry, right?

MOCK UP COLORS
Screens lie! Okay, maybe not lie, but the colors you see on your screen may look different in real life. We’ll match colors as closely as possible, but exact matches aren’t guaranteed. Finished product colors are not guaranteed.


INK COLORS

Not choosing a Pantone color? No problem—our art team will use their expert judgment. Just a heads-up: ink colors might vary slightly based on print style, garment type, or blend. DLH Screen Print is not responsible for those differences. If you’re concerned about colors for your project, please let us know so we can address your concern to the best of our abilities.

SAMPLE GARMENTS
We might showcase your artwork as sample items in our showroom. Don’t worry—they’re for display and marketing purposes, not resale.

MARKETING CONTENT
We love showing off our work! By placing an order, you’re giving us the green light to film and photograph the process and final product for our marketing and branding materials.

SHIPPING
DLH Screen Print is not responsible for any loss, damage or shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s all on the delivery carrier. We recommend adding shipping insurance to protect against loss, damage, or delays after your order ships.


PRINTING OVER SEAMS
Printing over seams, collars, pockets, or edges? Fair warning: ink coverage might not be perfect. Large prints crossing seams are especially tricky, and these items are exempt from our replacement policy.

PRICING
DLH Screen Print has the right to change pricing without notice.
For example, if cotton prices skyrocket overnight, John Doe’s Monday quote might look different when he places his order Tuesday. Pricing on invoices always reflects the current rates at DLH Screen Print.​

POLYESTER / BLENDED ITEMS
Polyester can be fussy! Dye migration is a possibility, but we use bleed blockers and polyester inks to minimize the risk. Still, some color bleeding might happen, and these items are exempt from our replacement policy.

TRADEMARKS & LICENSING
We’re not here to play copyright police. Customers assume full responsibility for any trademarked or licensed images they submit.

CLAIMS OR ERRORS
Not happy with your order? Let us know within 48 hours by emailing orders@dlhscreenprint.com.

Refunds of custom print work require proof of difference from approved art and quote approvals. If the work has been approved and matched those approvals, there is no base for refunds. If replacements are granted, 100% of the original items must be returned before reprinting. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
